Catherine is an engaging, insightful and passionate coach and facilitator, who brings great energy to her work. She designs and applies creative approaches to facilitate individuals, teams and groups to embed more thoughtful and effective behaviours, to enable higher levels of performance.

As a founding member of The Centre for Applied Positive Psychology, Catherine is a champion of its thinking, able to help clients flourish in both life and work, guiding their development in practical and focussed ways to identify and address the real issues faced in the workplace and beyond. By helping clients develop behaviours which empower them to find practical solutions to the challenges they face, she has a profound and lasting impact on performance. Catherine works with empathy, insight and expertise to challenge, support and embed sustainable practices with tangible results.

Her working philosophy is to develop the strengths of the individual and team members in order to address areas of weakness and development. Her expertise in team-building and strengthening individual self-belief, confidence and resilience has been proven at all levels, helping clients develop existing and new behaviours to thrive under change and adversity.

Catherine works with non-profit, private and public sector clients, large and small organisations and extensively within the NHS at SHA, PCT, GP practices and trainee doctor level.

Catherine has been a mentor for the Prince’s Trust since 2010 and is now working with her third start up business. She is a founding trustee of the charity, Evolve Transition Trust, which has the aim of supporting vulnerable and challenged individuals through a life transition. She has also run ‘Skills for Work’ workshops, targeted at improving the employability prospects of vulnerable young people.
