Catherine Midgley

Catherine is an engaging coach and workshop leader, designing and using creative approaches to facilitate individuals and groups to work more thoughtfully and effecively to achieve higher levels of performance.  She specialises in developing clients in a practical and focused way, identifying and tackling the issues that get in the way of optimal performance.  Her working philosophy is to identify and develop the strengths of the individual and to use those strengths to develop the areas of weakness that hold people back.

Catherine’s expertise is in helping build clients’ awareness, self-belief and confidence that they can develop existing and new skills essential to effective performance; with the self-belief in place, the required behaviours are learned more easily.  Catherine draws on a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience to create a positive learning experience for clients.

Catherine is insightful, caring, challenging, enthusiastic and focused on achieving both practical and inspirational changes in individuals that have a profound and lasting impact.
