She works with developing leadership teams and individuals, by focussing on team dynamics, and uncovering the underlying issues that get in the way of performance excellence. Her area of expertise includes facilitation, coaching and training, Her strength is her ability get to the heart of the matter quickly using a gentle but challenging style. She has over 25 years of extensive experience in the private and public sector, working at all levels. Christina has worked in the following sectors, banking, legal, central and local government, pharmaceutical, aviation, telecom and charitable organisations.
