Diane is an experienced Coach, Trainer, Mentor & Facilitator. She is also a PRINCE II, Emotional Intelligence and FIRO Element B practitioner. She brings over 25 years of leadership and personal development experience to executive coaching. Her leadership roles have included Sales and Marketing, Customer Service/Customer Retention, Strategic & Business Development, Project Management, Forecasting & Demand Management, Operational Management and Training & Education.
She is a dynamic, customer focused professional with a passion for continuous improvement through the development of people. Over the last 3 years she has worked intensively with over 1500 junior, middle and senior managers both in the UK and internationally. In her spare time she works as a volunteer mentor for ailing businesses.
