She has obtained status as Accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching(AC). Her professional background is in Clinical Psychology and Consultancy. She has worked in the National Health Service as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Head of Service and Internal Consultant. Currently, she works freelance as Executive and Leadership Coach and runs training courses in systems – psychodynamic coaching in the UK and Europe, among others for the iCoach Academy, UK, Il Nodo in Italy, IGA in Poland and HEC/CCC in France.
