Jane previously worked in the television industry for over 20 years, where she produced and directed documentaries and current affairs programmes for the major UK broadcasters. During that time she led numerous production teams, both in the UK and overseas, and also experienced the effects of significant organisational change.

Jane’s transition to professional coaching came as a result of her desire to pursue different goals and explore new opportunities to apply her creative skills and long-standing passion for communication. As a corporate coach, Jane has a good understanding of the pressures felt by those working in a competitive and rapidly changing environment, and she recognises the value of having someone impartial to talk to in complete confidence about professional and work-related issues.

Operational Experience:

During her career in television, Jane worked in both a staff and freelance capacity for several large production and broadcast organisations including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Granada Media, Granada USA, LWT and Thames Television.   As a coach, Jane has worked with a diverse range of clients including executives at director level, business entrepreneurs and professional singers.  She is one of the coaches on the Leadership Development Programme at Save the Children.
