Janis is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience, who specialises in assessment and development. She has designed and project managed large scale assessment processes but also enjoys working on smaller skills development projects with teams or with individuals. She is a very clear and expressive communicator, highly motivated, conscientious and determined to provide a first class service.
