Jayne Dunsbee

Jayne is an inspiring, intuitive, professional coach-mentor with a proven track record of empowering people to transition effectively through organisational change. She has extensive and diverse business and coaching experience, gained during 24 years as a pharmaceutical scientist and change agent within a top global pharmaceutical company. She has partnered with global and ‘virtual’ teams to accelerate development to high performance and overcome cultural hurdles, in order to successfully implement significant and sustainable organisational change.

 

Operational Experience:

  • Integration specialist – aligned culturally and geographically disparate organisations to optimise effective behaviours, teamwork and product development
  • Global communication specialist – devised and implemented effective campaigns locally and globally, to underpin and facilitate organisational change
  • Supply Chain Strategic Development – championed and implemented the strategic, operational and human elements of this major change programme to create a global clinical supply chain
  • Research scientist – contributed to the formulation and development of innovative medicines, a number of which became ‘blockbusters’.
