Jo’s areas of expertise include coaching, mentoring, facilitation, training leaders as coaches in the workplace and really getting to the core of what is important to the individual, aligning personal motivators with a positive mindset to achieve their vision, goals and objectives. Jo works with organisations in both the private and public sectors in the areas of executive leadership, team transformation, managing change and bringing about behavioural change. Jo has an extensive background in people development, gained mostly in the banking sector. She has designed, developed and delivered education programmes on a global basis. She lived in the Middle East for 5 years, where she has worked in a wide range of culturally diverse organisations and has experience working with over 50 different nationalities. Jo has worked across all levels of an organisation in the following sectors: banking (retail and investment), finance, energy, pharmaceuticals, retail, IT software, telecoms, construction and local and central government.
