Kirsty Yates
Kirsty is TLC’s part-time Project Co-ordinator, supporting the Operations Director and Project Manager to ensure that TLC programmes run smoothly. This includes dealing with any queries regarding arrangements for workshops and other appointments, proof-reading materials, analysing evaluation forms, and invoicing. Prior to joining TLC in 2011 she spent 9 years at Investors in People UK, where she held several roles including Research and Development Manager and Head of Research. She has also worked for a small research consultancy and Kent County Council.
