Marilyn Young

Marilyn is an experienced facilitator and coach with over 20 years experience working in the private and public sectors.  She has worked at Director level as a change agent supporting SMEs through international mergers and acquisitions and designing and delivering workshops to embed the change. Having lived and worked in South America she is well-versed with the subtleties of cultural differences and understands the commitment needed to ensure a successful organisational change strategy is implemented.

Marilyn also speaks fluent Spanish.
