Moira is a creative, perceptive OD professional with qualifications in Training, Teaching, Coaching and an MSc in Organisation Development. She has Director level experience in both the commercial and not for profit sectors. She has designed, delivered and evaluated OD interventions from Board to Shop-floor Level ranging from business strategy to new product development, talent management, culture change and customer service. Her practical action-oriented approach, tenacity and influencing skills ensure delivery. She is particularly interested in helping organizations take an appreciative strengths-based approach, believing firmly that a problem-solving approach only tackles that which is seen as not working, rather than helping business take a quantum leap forwards.
