Victoria has spent over 15 years as a Learning and Development consultant and her passion for her work is reflected in her dynamic and creative approach to coaching, facilitating and training. This has created the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients in a variety of industries both in the UK and across Europe and the Middle East. Her experience includes coaching executives, such as the CEO of a global food manufacturer through the internal communication of a competitive buy-out, and the introduction of performance management/accountability systems to change corporate culture within a global telecoms provider. She has facilitated new and existing boards/teams, including senior level commanders within a large government department to resolve internal resourcing conflict. She has led integrated projects involving the development of core competencies linked to selection, and embedded performance management systems to address capability in a large public sector department.
