Nikki is TLC’s Project Manager, responsible for project managing bespoke leadership and culture change programmes,  121 and team coaching and 360-degree feedback implementations in collaboration with the Managing Director, TLC’s facilitators and coaches as well as working closely with clients.

Nikki joined TLC in January 2021. Nikki has held many senior roles and has over 25 years’ experience in Sales and Project Management roles across a variety of industry sectors including Investment Banking, Education, Oil & Gas, Professional Body and Housing.
