Moira has extensive international Organisational Development (OD) experience and combines valuable business insight gained from commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors with a comprehensive range of facilitation, teaching and coaching approaches.

She has designed, delivered and evaluated OD interventions from Board to shop-floor level, ranging from business strategy to new product development, talent management, culture change and customer service. She is particularly interested in an appreciative inquiry approach, enabling businesses to take genuine steps forward by taking a holistic approach to business-wide operation rather than only problem-solving the elements which are not working.

Moira takes a practical, action-oriented approach, using tenacity and influencing skills to ensure traction and embed behavioural change. She has great faith in each individual's ability to know what is best for them, and therefore helps delegates to explore what is truly right for them, challenging and supporting them in achieving their goals, within their organisational context.

Operational Experience:

  • HR and OD Director at Virgin Atlantic: managed 120 staff including programme management team, internal consultancy, L&D team, resourcing team and HR Business Partners
  • Director in the not-for-profit and private sectors
  • Led project teams at Rediffusion Simulation to deliver multi-million pound flight simulators for Air France, Boeing and Air Atlanta
  • Managed a small business unit at Grand Met totaling 22 trainers.
