Experienced in working with cross-cultural and diverse teams, Pilar has a particular focus on the financial services, engineering and energy sectors. Her business experience gives her insight into the issues faced by her clients and enables her to help them work towards sustainable and practical solutions.
Pilar is highly skilled in coaching clients through transition and change. As well as helping them to thrive through job transition, personnel changes or geographical shift. She also helps individuals and teams in embedding new behaviours and methodologies.
