Diane is an internationally experienced Coach, Trainer, Mentor and Facilitator with over 25 years' experience, skilled at enabling change and development at all levels. She is also a PRINCE II, Emotional Intelligence and FIRO-B Practitioner and is also a Master Black Belt in Lean & Lean Six Sigma.
Understanding the need for a tailored approach to best suit each individual and organisation she works with, Diane is dynamic, customer-centric and results focused. She helps guide clients toward greater self-awareness, giving them the tools to develop and grow, creating their own solutions and a defined action plan to drive forward momentum and embed change.
In her spare time, Diane works as a volunteer mentor helping ailing businesses. Her leadership roles have included sales and marketing, customer service/customer retention, strategic and business development, project management, forecasting, demand management, operational management, training and education.

Additional Expertise:
Diane gained a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Certificate in the summer of 2003. In January 2006 she put it to good use by taking 3 months unpaid leave from her NHS role to visit the Tsunami stricken regions of Sri Lanka and teach English as a foreign language to the Tsunami children, whilst assisting with regeneration projects. Since returning she has raised £3500 for this cause.
