Belinda is a skilled coach mentor, facilitator and organisation development practitioner, with a rare combination of business ownership, corporate leadership and consultancy experience.

The common theme has been working with individuals, teams and organisations wanting to change. Client organisations have been wide ranging, from both the public and private sector and have included global multi-national corporates, UK SMEs and emerging/growing businesses. 

Belinda's coach mentoring and facilitation experience is extensive. Working at all levels including with senior teams, Belinda believes in creating a space to enable clients to do their best thinking, be at their best more consistently and, as importantly, bring out the best in others. By doing this, she enables clients to find the energy and the strength to address what's not working.
