Jon has over 25 years’ experience as coach, team coach and organisational development practitioner. 

His practice is derived from multiple perspectives including performance psychology, appreciative enquiry and the influence of narrative on beliefs, habits and behaviours. 

Jon has worked in Europe, North America, Middle East and The Far East for organisations that range from start-ups preparing for sale, to globals facing particular leadership challenges.

He has worked for public sector organisations including NHS Trusts and Local Authorities in the UK.
