Julie is an experienced business psychologist, having worked with a diverse range of organisations in the financial, government, retail, charity, education and pharmaceutical industries.  Her strength lies in understanding the fit between individuals and organisations and how personal attributes, preferences and strengths can be maximised for mutual benefit.  Her focus is on talent management and development and coaching executives in global organisations. 

Julie views individuals as naturally creative and resourceful in identifying the best way forward, providing a safe and non-judgemental environment for people to explore options and ways to achieve increased and sustainable effectiveness in their lives and careers.

Her psychological background enables her to be objective and evidence based in her assessment of people and her previous experience in banking provides her with an understanding of the demands, challenges and pressures individuals are faced with in business.
