Sue - UK

Sue is an Executive Coach and facilitator. She has a broad experience of both organisational and leadership development.  Her interest is in resilient leadership, supporting business leaders to raise their awareness, build on their strengths and develop strategies to thrive and deliver against ever increasing business demands. Sue facilitates teams to become the best they can be, improving their effectiveness by facing into their key issues. She has specialist experience applying leading edge development tools, such as Insights, and Henley Business School coaching accreditation to help her to deliver accelerated value from Day 1.

Her studies have taken her to a deeper understanding of how to help people change behaviour and adopt winning strategies, by playing to their strengths or identifying their triggers which hinder change. She also helps her clients to see the wider context in which they are working and develop practical actions to allow them to influence the broader business, an essential skill when building resilience in fast moving businesses with multiple stakeholders.

She has facilitated several high-profile webinars in the UK on personal resilience and a wide range of leadership digital workshops for a global pharmaceutical company.  As more organisations are considering their carbon footprint, she is finding that she is more demand for this specialist skill.
