Gill is an experienced, energetic and inspirational coach and facilitator. She is skilled in helping clients at all levels to heighten their self-awareness, discover hidden talents and proactively address the challenges in their professional and personal lives.

Passionate about continued professional development, she is used to applying a range of methods from performance conversations to equine assisted coaching, to enhance the leadership and management potential of individuals, teams and organisations across both public and private sectors.

  • .15 years in the construction industry- working as a Chartered Landscape Architect in public, private and charity sectors in UK, Australia, Africa and the Seychelles. Managing relationships with clients, design teams, consultants and contractors on medium and large scale developments.
  • Director of UK-based environmental design practice- working with UK clients such British Coal, Groundwork Trusts, Seychelles clients (including the Departments for Environment and for Community and Housing Development) and with a variety of public and private sector clients in Australia.

  • Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching accredited at Master Level by Bristol Business School
  • ILM Level 7 accredited Executive Coach
  • Diploma in Coaching Practice
  • ILM Certificate in Transactional Analysis for Leaders, Coaches and Trainers
  • Qualified psychometrics practitioner: MBTI Step I & II
  • Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy™ & Hypnotherapy
