Jan is an experienced international coach and facilitator having worked extensively at Board and Director level, senior and middle manager levels across medium and large organisations. Jan is also a project management expert having lead projects with CapGemini in the IT and Energy sector.
Jan grew up in an industrial environment, has a first degree in Mechanical Engineering and a BSc in Computing Science. He’s held leadership roles in IT including education, sales and projects. Industries he has worked in are engineering, energy, construction, production, shipping, electronics, chemical, IT, telecoms, automotive and banking.
Jan's areas of expertise include change management, project management, developing leadership capability, building team effectiveness as well as enabling clients to raise awareness and understanding of the issues, situations or relationships they find challenging and consider solutions to find resolution. Jan works with individual, teams and organisations helping them get to the core of their challenges to ensure their choices about change are real and lasting and deliver business results.
