Magdalena - Poland

Magdalena is a coach, trainer and facilitator who believes that people perform at their best when they are being truthful. She brings 20 years’ experience in leadership practices and personal development. She currently provides mostly co-active coaching and team coaching workshops.

Her professional experience includes more than 2000 hours of coaching, as well as workshops and facilitation for top executives and managers. She has designed and delivered training programs, specialising in executive, team and personal coaching (including negotiation and conflict resolution). She has an energetic, passionate approach to solving problems and engaging with clients in a truthful and respectful manner.

Magdalena holds a Master Degree of Psychology, with specialisation in Work and Organisation Psychology, from Warsaw University. She has worked as a trainer and academic teacher as well as Human Resources Director. She is a certified coach, her background in psychology and HR being a very powerful combination of experience and expertise. She is member of the International Coach Federation and Board Member of Co-Active Coach Association.
