As an executive coach, trainer, facilitator and motivational speaker, Mikhail has worked in a range of industries including banking and finance, IT, government, pharmaceuticals, property, mining & resources, consulting, FMCG, transportation, advertising and manufacturing.  

Before transitioning to a consultant, he was a Training and Development Project Manager for the biggest Russian oil company YUKOS, a Business Development Manager for the Irish training company CDI Training Systems and a senior consultant for executive search agency Personnel-Service.

He has received numerous awards and distinctions in his professional career for his training and facilitation skills.

A prolific writer, he has written three books and more than 100 articles and papers on leadership, charisma, personal branding, coaching, psycho-diagnostics, artificial intelligence, logics and mathematics.

His adaptability to clients’ needs allows him to train and coach people of all levels, nationalities, and cultures.
