Emma is TLC’s Project Manager, responsible for project managing bespoke leadership and culture change programmes, 121 and team coaching and 360-degree feedback implementations in collaboration with the Managing Director, TLC’s facilitators and coaches as well as working closely with clients. Emma joined TLC in May 2022.
Emma has 25 years of experience working within large law firms, small marketing agencies, and as an organiser for charity events. Her work enables TLC to engage with its audience and then work seamlessly and efficiently with its clients. Clear communication with our clients is key, and Emma creates and maintains processes and systems to ensure happy clients that receive a superb service.
